Was it coincidence or has Alnwick’s What a Wonderful World Festival reached Royal ears? At the Jubilee celebrations, Prince William ended his impassioned call to save our fragile planet “together if we harness the very best of humankind and restore our planet we will protect it for future generations and they will be able to say, with pride in what has been achieved - What a Wonderful World”.

Youngsters from Gallery Youth in Alnwick have been using their creative talents to show their support for the What a Wonderful World Festival. Supported by artist John Craggs, they have created a series of picture boards featuring spray art images that reflect their concerns about climate change and environmental awareness. The boards are now hanging in The Studio at Alnwick Playhouse.
Gallery Youth also took their artistic talents to the Alnwick Freeriders Bike Track where they have decorated the cabin. - pictured
